Daeho Cooler Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') establishes and discloses the following privacy policy guidelines to protect the personal information of data subjects pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be taken, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject or within the legally prescribed retention period.

Rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through written document, telephone, or email to the Company, and the Company will take action without delay.
When the data subject requests correction or deletion of errors in personal information, the Company will not use or provide such personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through a legal representative or delegated agent. In this case, a power of attorney must be submitted in accordance with Form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.
The data subject shall not infringe upon the personal information and privacy of themselves or others being processed by the Company in violation of the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws.
